HOW I HELP YOU
Wherever you are in your relational journey, I’m here to provide care that’s personalized to your needs and support your path toward clarity, connection, and healing.
At the center of Repair Room Therapy is the belief that repair is possible, and healing can happen in the places that feel most tender.
Repair is possible for couples, individuals, co-parents, or those who are in-between. No matter what kind of relationship you’re navigating, healing can begin when there is a willingness to slow down, reflect, and do the work of understanding what needs to change.
For couples, repair may look like learning how to communicate without shutting down, blaming, or escalating. It can mean rebuilding trust, softening defensiveness, and creating more emotional safety so both people feel heard and understood.
For individuals, repair may look like healing old wounds, unpacking patterns that keep showing up in relationships, and learning how to connect with yourself in a more compassionate and grounded way.
For co-parents, repair may look like setting clearer boundaries, communicating more respectfully, and focusing on what is best for the child rather than staying stuck in old hurt. Even when the relationship has changed, healing and better connection are still possible.
For those who are not sure what they want yet, discernment counseling can help create clarity. This work is for couples who feel uncertain about whether they want to stay together or separate, and need space to slow down, understand the relationship more deeply, and make a thoughtful decision about what comes next.
COUPLES THERAPY
For: Partners who feel stuck in the same painful cycles, struggle to communicate without conflict, or want to rebuild connection, trust, and emotional safety.
This is a space for couples who love each other but feel overwhelmed by disconnection, repeated arguments, betrayal, or the sense that they are no longer on the same team.
-
We will talk about the frequency of sessions that best fits your needs, whether that’s weekly, bi-weekly, or more intensive support depending on what you’re working through. Together, we’ll find a pace that feels supportive and intentional for your relationship.
-
Every couple is in a different place, and I honor that. Whether you’re feeling disconnected, rebuilding after hurt, or simply wanting to grow in a healthier direction, the work is tailored to where you are and what your relationship needs most right now.
-
From an emotionally focused therapy perspective, you’ll gain tools to better understand the emotions underneath the conflict, communicate more openly, and respond to each other with more care and clarity. The goal is not just to reduce fighting, but to build a deeper sense of safety, connection, and understanding.
-
Occasionally, I may offer home practice to help you keep growing between sessions. These exercises are designed to help you strengthen the skills you’re learning in therapy so you can continue building a healthier, more connected relationship outside of the room.
